David Seymour isn’t the only one with connections here in NZ.
There’s Nicola Willis, Chris Bishop1, NZ Initiative, journalists that come from NZ Initiative and may share the ideology, Taxpayers Union, Maxim Institute, former Business Roundtable etc.
The man who wrote the “dangerous” Regulatory Standards Bill - Bryce Wilkinson.
Jacinda Ardern however is not part of Seymour’s “global conspiracy”.
Well, she probably has integrity and isn’t a puppet like Seymour is….
Atlas Network linked politicians’ are authoritarian by nature.
They ignore evidence and the public good, over their agendas.
Still — Atlas linked politicians, journalists and public figures are all only figure heads for the real forces that power the words they say, and the agendas that they drive.
Laws and structures must be implemented to inhibit the forces at the source.
Public interest journalism and transparency should be upheld. It’s not a sure thing, of course, but it’s an aspiration to hold and drive for the future.
That is where a new New Zealand government must focus on at some point.
Although the mess being left behind now is not going to be easy to clean up either.
Chris Bishop and other figures such as David Farrar attacked RNZ and Mihi Forbes after David Seymour called questions he is connected to Atlas Network a “conspircy”. Bishop’s father co-founded the Atlas Network Taxpayers Union
Wonderful to see such crowds challenging “facial recognition”.
